2,3,4,6-Tetra-O-acetyl-2-phthalimido-beta-D-glucopyranoside

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C24H27NO11, a
substituted tetraacetyl glucopyranoside derivative, weak intermolecular
C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds link the molecules
into ribbons propagated in [010]. The D configuration has been
attributed on the basis of the synthesis and the beta anomer has been
determined from the structure.
