This note critically analyzes Il diritto di avere diritti, by Stefano Rodotà. Starting from a short theoretical clarification about the idea of “person”, it illustrates the most important themes of the book. It also highlights Hannah Arendt’s thought as the main background for the anti-reductionist approach held by Rodotà.
