Tre tesi di fondo sul rapporto tra diritto e scienza algoritmica

Starting from the analysis of the volume “Il diritto come metodo e la scienza algoritmica. Una critica a partire da Bobbio e Scarpelli”, this paper points out three basic thesis on the relationship between law and algorithmics-based science: the meta-theorical thesis, the epistemological thesis and the political thesis.
