Le specie animali segnalate per l’Italia elencate dalla normativa CITES dell’Unione Europea.

This paper presents the checklist of animal species listed by CITES that have been found in Italy, including species with established populations as well as species observed occassionally (e.g. birds). For each single species (or groups of species in case of korals),
a brief descriptions is given including the taxonomic (systematics, common names) and the the most relevant biological characteristics.
