The focus is on in-depth study of industrial and intellectual property law issues related to the fashion industry. The lectures will have a seminar format, providing for the discussion of practical cases and active participation by students

Teaching Methods
The focus consists of 15 hours of lectures given in the second semester and exclusively remotely. Active participation of students is required and they are expected to expound and discuss materials made available by the lecturer on the e-learning platform.
Assessment Methods
Verification of learning is by oral interview, which will take place as part of the Industrial Property Law examination.
Contents
The focus is designed as an opportunity for in-depth study of a series of topics (already covered in the course on industrial and intellectual property law) related to the fashion industry and in particular traceable to the discipline of trademarks and designs.
