The course analyses the regulation of business contracts and aims to provide students with the theoretical and practical knowledge to draft and understand the main contractual models.
Course Prerequisites
It is recommended that students review the institutional notions of private law, with particular reference to the part relating to contracts in general.
Teaching Methods
Theoretical lectures will alternate with the analysis of case law and contractual models.
