Objectives

The Summer School Avv. Giovanni Valcavi - "Behavioral Law and Economics" is a high-level programme with the aim to provide to all of its participants a multidisciplinary approach. This intensive course gives an overview of the new trends in legal and economic sciences. As the Behavioral Economics taught, the traditional legal model should include, in their assumption, people’s limited rationality.
