abstract:
The essay mainly deals with the meaning of the definition of restorative justice as "justice that promote healing" drawing from the philosophical reflection on the dimension of care as a manifestation of active listening, sharing, empathy.
The reflection opens up to some of the fields of application of restorative justice such as teaching (with a focus on restorative learning), restorative justice in workplaces and projects to implement the so called "restorative cities".
