Abstract:
The article analyses the main features of Silvio Berlusconi’s language, pointing out the innovations he introduced in Italian Politicians’ speech and the persuasive tools he uses. Moreover, it offers a first critical overview of the literature regarding the various aspects of the language of the Italian Prime Minister.
