abstract:
This Etruscan bronze mirror, from a private collection, and until now unpublished, is engraved with a two-line inscription, dating between the V and III century B.C. Whereas the first line presents some interpretative issues, the second one, consisting of a single word, can be easily read. This preliminary image-based study might possibly be improved by an autoptic analysis.
