Introduction

Artificial Intelligence (AI) entered the information and cyber domains, military affairs and research and development of cognitive systems, driven by the necessity to have human tasks implemented by a digital computer, or computer-controlled robot. Machine Learning, used interchangeably with the term “AI”, has become a new powerful tool able to collect massive volumes of data from all areas of human life, rapidly process it and make rational decisions thus allowing to increase the performance efficiency, safety and security, and drive technological progress further.
