abstract:
What are the challenges of using restorative justice in cases of gender-based violence? In order to answer this question, first of all the main lines of the so-called 'Cartabia' reform were analysed, with which a comprehensive discipline of restorative justice was introduced. An evaluation of the risks that restorative justice poses in cases of asymmetric conflicts with risk of repeated and secondary victimisation was then proposed.
