The volume illustrates and analyzes the comprehensive discipline of restorative justice introduced in Italy thanks to Law 134/2021 and Legislative Decree 150/2022. The discipline is presented in its main lines: definitions of restorative justice, programs and their participants, methods, guarantees, relationships between restorative justice and the penal and procedural system, restorative justice services, training.
