Abstract:
The volume collects research papers selected from the 2001 Research Conference of The Family Business Network (FBN). Papers are divided into several classes according to topics dealt with: theory; values, culture and ethics; governance, strategy and performance; managing ownership and entrepreneurial transitions; family business features in different countries.
