Method for in vitro diagnosis of Parkinson's disease in a subject comprises detecting differentially expressed proteins in a biological sample from said subject, in which the differentially expressed proteins belong to a first panel of diagnostic proteins, in which said first diagnostic panel comprises vinculin, talin-1, beta-fibrinogen, filamin A, alpha tubulin, gelsolin and wherein said biological sample is a protein extract of T lymphocytes.
