abstract:
Multiple Memory Guided Saccades (MMGS) are MGS performed after a Visually Guided Saccade (VGS) toward the same target position.
In the MMGS paradigm corrective saccades made after the first MGS proved to be more accurate than in the regular MGS paradigm; hence the VGS was able to provide a template that improves the capability of the corrective saccades to compensate for the residual position error at the end of the first saccades.
