Multiobjective design optimization of an induction heating device: A benchmark problem

Academic Article
Publication Date:
2015
abstract:
In the paper, a benchmark in the field of induction heating is described in order to test optimization methods. The optimal design of a pancake inductor for the controlled heating of a graphite disk is considered. The direct problem is characterized by a coupledmagneto-thermal field analysis.
