Born in Cosenza, Italy, on 3 February 1992, she graduated with a Master's Degree in Law (Jurisprudence) from Bocconi University, Milan, with top honours (110/110). During her studies, she also completed an exchange programme at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (San Francisco). Admitted to the Italian Bar in 2018, she obtained a Ph.D. in Law and Humanities from the University of Insubria in 2023, defending a doctoral dissertation in Criminal Procedure entitled Predictive Justice and Legal Certainty.
Since September 2025, she has been an Assistant Professor (RTT – Ricercatore a Tempo Determinato in Tenure Track) at the University of Insubria, where she previously served as a Research Fellow within the PRIN research project on forensic metrology and as an Adjunct Professor of Penitentiary Law.
She has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Bocconi University and has held highly qualified teaching and academic training appointments at the University of Insubria.
Her professional experience focuses on criminal law and corporate criminal liability, having collaborated with leading Milan-based law firms and provided consultancy services on Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 concerning corporate liability. Between 2016 and 2017, she completed a judicial traineeship at the Ordinary Court of Milan (Fourth and Seventh Criminal Divisions).
She has an excellent command of English, certified by the International Professional English Certificate (C1), the IELTS, and the First Certificate in English (B2).
