RESEARCH ACTIVITY AND SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS
Prof. Paolo Duvia obtained his Law degree with full marks and honors from the University of Milan on 5 December 2002.
From 1 June 2006 to 31 March 2016 he served as Researcher in Private Law at the University of Milan (IUS/01), confirmed in the role from 1 June 2009.
In December 2013 he obtained the National Scientific Qualification for Associate Professor in Private Law.
Since 1 April 2016 he has been Associate Professor of Private Law and Civil Law at the University of Insubria.
Since 2006 he has been an Attorney at Law in Milan.
He is author of monographs and scientific publications mainly on contracts and obligations.
