Gianluca Cavalieri is a Researcher in Administrative Law at the University of Insubria, where he teaches Administrative Law of Sustainability and Public Economic Law. His main research interests include energy and sustainability law, the regulation of markets and public services, public procurement and infrastructure, as well as administrative procedure and administrative litigation. He is the author of the monograph (La nullità nel diritto amministrativo, published by Giappichelli in 2022), and of numerous essays and articles published in leading academic journals, including Il Foro Italiano, Rivista Quadrimestrale di Diritto dell'Ambiente, Rivista della Regolazione dei Mercati and Federalismi. He has also contributed chapters to edited volumes and legal commentaries.
