Research center for the study and development of organ transplants

The Center pursues the following purposes: a. develops both basic and applicative research activities in the field of organ harvesting and transplantation techniques b. it favors the dissemination and exchange of results and technologies between researchers and teachers of different scientific-disciplinary areas c. favors the development of an interdisciplinary approach to deepen knowledge in the field of biological aspects related to organ transplantation d. it promotes relationships with other clinical and research institutions and identifies itself as a center capable of preparing and proposing projects at local, national and international level; e. favors the transfer of knowledge, results and skills to external organizations and bodies f. favors the dissemination of knowledge through communications, conferences and editorial initiatives g. it favors the training of researchers, experts and teachers in the various sectors concerned
