To provide basic knowledge of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology of the central and peripheral nervous system. To provide knowledge of the neural functions and the neurobiological bases of the pathologies of the nervous system; of the methodological and technological aspects useful to the study of the nervous system and its functioning in normal and pathological conditions. Expected learning outcomes at the end of the teaching: - Knowledge of the general principles of morphology of the nervous system, its connections and its modes of functioning. - Basic knowledge of the clinical aspects of the main neurological diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system.
