Syllabus
Course Objectives
The course is divided into two modules. The first, of a general and introductory nature, is aimed at deepening, with an interdisciplinary slant, the themes connected to State intervention in the market, as a complex and multidimensional phenomenon, with specific reference to the environment. In particular, it will deal with the issue of climate change and the relationship between the economy and the ecosystem. The second, of a special nature, analyses - also through the analysis of positive law and Italian and EU case law - some of the instruments implemented at European and national level to achieve the so-called ‘green turn’.
Course Prerequisites
There are no propaedeutic courses. It is advisable to have attended the Institutions of Private Law and Constitutional Law courses.
Teaching Methods
La materia sarà trattata attraverso lo studio e la discussione in aula di casi pratici, oltre che attraverso l’analisi e l’approfondimento delle categorie teoriche. Frequenza a) la frequenza rileva come parametro di valutazione, in sede di esame finale; b) il programma riservato ai frequentanti è diversificato e tiene conto delle ore di studio maturate a lezione c) gli studenti frequentanti potranno partecipare, a loro discrezione, ad eventuale prova intermedia, del cui esito si terrà conto, esclusivamente in bonam partem, in sede di colloquio finale. e) gli studenti intenzionati a frequentare sono invitati a iscriversi nell'apposita lista, che verrà loro resa disponibile all’inizio del corso
Assessment Methods
La verifica dell’apprendimento avverrà attraverso appelli di esame orale. Gli studenti frequentanti potranno partecipare, a loro discrezione, ad eventuale prova intermedia, del cui esito si terrà conto, esclusivamente in bonam partem, in sede di colloquio finale.

Il ricevimento degli studenti si articolerà su due giorni della settimana, per un totale di circa 4 ore; inoltre, durante il periodo di svolgimento della didattica frontale, sarà possibile formulare richieste di chiarimenti, oltre che nel corso della lezione, anche al termine della stessa. Il docente è, peraltro, disponibile a concordare un diverso orario di ricevimento, previa richiesta rivoltagli attraverso l’indirizzo mail di Ateneo, la Segreteria didattica o altri canali istituzionali. Le occasioni di interazione potrebbero avvenire anche da remoto.
