Teaching Methods

The course is based on lectures that use PPT set with images, diagrams.
To promote critical reflection and allow students the opportunity for self-evaluation, questions and evaluation of possible scenarios are proposed in the classroom.

Assessment Methods

The evaluation consists of an oral exam. The student will be asked some questions, one of which is his/her choice. One of the questions will focus on the proposed scenarios. The aim of the exam is to verify: 1. the level of achievement of the training objectives, evaluating the level of knowledge and in-depth study of the topics addressed; 2. full understanding of the methods and results of what has been achieved in UMaCa.
For the purposes of the evaluation, the teacher will take into account the student's ability to: articulate the speech with clarity, precision, relevance and propriety of language, make connections between the contents of the course and compare different aspects covered in class. The grade is expressed in thirtieths. The active and proactive participation in the classroom discussion is not evaluated for the purposes of the final grade, but is intended to provide students with the opportunity to increase awareness of their level of learning and the ability to self-evaluate in progress regarding the knowledge gradually acquired and the possible need for further study and study.
