The course delves into financial sector regulations specifically dedicated to the system of internal controls of financial intermediaries and, with specific reference to risk management, illustrates the Entreprise Risk Management (ERM) approach. By the end of the course, students will have learned about the regulatory framework of the system of internal controls and will have understood how it can be translated, using an ERM approach, into an effective and efficient risk management system.
