This course provides students with basic knowledge on promoting and implementing strategies for maintaining or achieving healthy lifestyles through structured physical activity programs in an aquatic environment. Furthermore, the course aims to provide the practical skills needed to design and administer structured physical activity programs in an aquatic environment. The knowledge and skills developed in this course are the foundation of the professionalism of Preventive and Adaptive Physical Activity Kinesiologists.

Teaching Methods
Teaching is delivered through: • classroom lectures (7 hours) aimed at providing theoretical knowledge, with PowerPoint presentations and video images. • practical lessons (25 hours) in an aquatic environment aimed at providing skills for learning and carrying out practical proposals for physical activity and sports in an aquatic environment.
Assessment Methods
Learning assessment will be conducted through a final exam, which will be conducted orally in an individual interview and with the oral presentation of a written case study of the student's choice, in agreement with the Professor.
