Being able to evaluate evidence against and in favour of a hypothesis and writing down this evidence in a balanced and accessible way is a crucial skill that is rarely taught in schools and universities. Nevertheless, this skill is becoming more and more relevant in a world where a constant flow of information seems to replace a slowly growing stock of knowledge. The objective of the course is to teach students to evaluate evidence and write a scientific text discussing it.
Metodi didattici
A part of the course will be administered through a list of readings that students should assimilate. There will be two meetings in which tasks will be assigned to students.

One written exam answering to the tasks assigned by the instructors.
