Assessment Methods
the exam is written and consists of one open question (which the student chooses from two proposed by the teacher) and ten closed questions (one correct answer only). The time for the test is 45 minutes. The grade is 16 points for the open question and 15 for the ten closed questions (1.5 points per question) equivalent to 30+1, 30 with honors

The main topics covered are: cellular damage, the inflammatory and reparative process, the immune response with brief mention to immunopathology, and the biological basis of neoplastic disease.
