Tha goal of the workshop is to give an overview of the the main challenges and methodologies related to the use of patent data for technology intelligence.
The workshop is organized in two modules:
• The first module (Vezzulli) will provide an overview of the main patent indicators used to trace the evolution of emerging technologies and for patent portfolio positioning.
• The second module (Sterzi) will focus on patent monetization strategies and patent litigation.
