Alcune considerazioni sul mercato italiano del libro antico dopo la legge 6 agosto 2015, n. 125

The law 125/2015 withdraws art. 5 par. 2 of the Italian Codice dei beni culturali. After the 14th August 2015 Regions have no
more authority to carry out protection on books and manuscripts. Regional authorities have no longer the power to authorize
restorations, exhibitions or exportation of books and manuscripts belonging to privates. The uncertainty following the reform will
deeply affect the Italian market of rare books. In this article, I try to give some suggestion on how to proceed to overtake the
difficulties arising from the reform.
