The Authors consider numerous clinical cases of Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (D.F.S.P.) observed in four years (1986-1989). They describe the clinical pattern, surgical technique of ablation and reconstruction, histological findings of the most important cases. They discuss, regarding the follow-up, the tumor general and local malignancy and associated prognosis.
