On the Human Right to a Clean, Healthy, and Sustainable Environment. Brief Critical Remarks.

This article aims at summarizing the argumentative path of Danila Bañuelos’ paper in order to suggest two sets of remarks. In so doing, it intends to clarify and better understand some crucial challenges concerning the human right to a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment from a normative and conceptual viewpoint.
