The book is divided into two parts. The first provides an overview of the topic, illustrates fundamental components of Family Agreements and analyzes the factors that can shape them. The second part of the book delves into the agreement’s components and offers detailed information and examples to help readers develop their own documents. A first version of the book was published by The Family Business Consulting Group Publications in 2005.
