The Authors present their experiene about the correction of the thoracic deformity in Poland Syndrome by particular kind of sternocostal prosthesis. These implants may be associated with breast prosthesis in women. They describe the technique about the scheme and the insertion of the implants. The use of these ones is subordinated to a careful valuation of the initial clinical condition as to exclude a pure autoplastic reconstruction.
