Martina Mancarella is a Research Fellow at the Department of Medicine and Technological Innovation at the University of Insubria. She obtained her PhD in Psychology from KU Leuven, where she investigated the multimodal multiple-deficit model of Developmental Dyslexia.
Her research focuses on the early screening and intervention of specific learning difficulties, with a particular interest in the use of digital tools, including action video games and serious games, to train cognitive skills relevant for learning.
