Law Degree at the University of Insubria. Graduation on 12 July 2000, with full marks (110/110 cum laude).

Academic position:
From 18 February 2008 to 22 December 2011: Research Fellow (Ricercatore) of Institutions of Public Law at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures of the University of Verona.
From 23 December 2011 to 30 September 2017: Research Fellow (Ricercatore) of Institutions of Public Law at the Faculty of Law (now at the Department of Law, Economy and Cultures) of the University of Insubria.
Since 1 October 2017: Associate Professor of Institutions of Public Law (now Constitutional and Public Law) at the Department of Law Economy and Cultures of the University of Insubria.
